Moon Water is a simple yet powerful tool in witchcraft, charged under the moon’s energy and used for various magical purposes, from cleansing to enhancing spells.
To make moon water, choose a night when the moon is at its fullest or most aligned with your intention.
- 1. Take a clear glass jar or bottle and fill it with fresh water. If possible, use spring or distilled water.
- 2. Place the jar outside with no lid or by a windowsill where the moon’s light can touch it.
- 3. As you set the jar, focus on the energy you wish to infuse the water with—whether it’s for cleansing, healing, love, or protection.
- 4. Leave the water out overnight, allowing it to absorb the moon’s power.
Once charged, use the moon water in rituals, take a sip each day as a tonic, or as a magical addition to bath spells or floor washes.
What ever is left over after the next moon cycle must be thrown away or give it to your plants.
