Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as Gemz on Gem does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind purchases.
This includes situations where you change your mind, decide an item is no longer suitable, or simply decide it isn't quite what you expected.
Sale Items & Special Offers
All sale items, promotional offers, clearance items and specially priced bundles are final sale for change-of-mind returns.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees.
Mystery Boxes & Intuitively Selected Bundles
Our mystery boxes and intuitively selected crystal bundles are individually prepared with care and intention. As these are specially curated purchases, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Natural Crystal Variations
Crystals are gifts from nature, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Natural variations in colour, shape, patterns, inclusions and markings are part of their unique beauty.
Please remember that colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen and device.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your purchase arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
We ask that you email us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate, so we can look into this for you.
We will work with you to find a suitable solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Postage
For approved returns relating to a change of mind where we have agreed to an exception, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Where an item is confirmed to have a fault covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will meet our obligations regarding reasonable return costs.
