Atlantisite Palm Stone

Atlantisite is a powerful yet gentle stone that blends the nurturing vibration of serpentine with the loving, heart-centred energy of stichtite. As a palm stone, it feels especially soothing to hold, making it ideal for meditation, emotional healing and quiet reflection. Its energy works deeply through the heart chakra, encouraging compassion, forgiveness and the softening of old emotional wounds that may still be stored in the body.

Metaphysically, Atlantisite is often associated with ancient wisdom and past-life insight, helping you access soul memories and release karmic patterns that no longer serve your growth. It carries a calming frequency that supports nervous system regulation, eases anxiety and helps dissolve resentment, guilt or grief. Many people use it to gently shift long-held emotional pain into understanding and acceptance.

The serpentine within Atlantisite connects to kundalini energy, supporting spiritual awakening and energetic alignment, while the stichtite infuses that process with unconditional love and emotional safety. This combination makes it a beautiful stone for inner child work, relationship healing and learning to trust again after disappointment.

Holding an Atlantisite palm stone during meditation or placing it over the heart creates a sense of reassurance, grounding and spiritual support. It reminds you that growth does not have to be harsh — transformation can happen through softness, forgiveness and love.
