Crystal Benefits

Black obsidian is often associated with mystery and has a very strong ability to absorb. For this reason, it is used often in feng shui, spiritual connection and protection. It is also known as a spiritual cleanser because of its ability to absorb psychic smog and help to see things more clearly

Native Americans have been using White Sage as Sacred Sage for during rituals and ceremonies for its ability to get rid of negative energy and vibes. The most common ritual of burning sage is known as Smudging.

Similar to Sage and Cedar, Palo Santo is most widely used for spiritual purification and energy cleansings. Once the wood sticks are burned, the smoke is believed to clear negative energy and restore tranquility and calm emotions.

In clearing out stagnant and heavy energies, Selenite allows for a flow of energy – new and joyous energy – that is liquid-like. If your heart and mind feel weighed down by anxious thoughts or a troubled history, you should welcome the uplifting energy of selenite into your life.
