Lepidolite is praised far and wide for its miraculous mood-stabilising properties. This crystal contains a high percentage of lithium, which is often used in anti-anxiety treatments.

Accessing your Crystal Skull
If you own a crystal skull and it has not started to communicate with you, activate it with a simple attunement that harmonizes your vibrational frequency to that of the skull.
1.FIRST CLEANSE YOUR SKULL
As with all crystals, skulls take on the energy and beliefs of everyone that handles them. If you have a genuine higher being with the skull, clearing it will not dissolve the contact. If you have a lesser being the information you receive is unlikely to be of any value. So, either use a proprietary crystal cleanser or immerse the skull in salt or running water (unless friable or delicate in which case place it in brown rice overnight). If the skull needs recharging, place it in sunlight or use a proprietary recharger.
2. INVITE YOUR SKULL TO ACTIVATE
Place your hands on either side of the skull and, if the skull feels "empty", invite the highest possible being to enter the skull and communicate with you. If the skull feels "full", invite the being within it to awaken and make itself known to you.
3. ATTUNE TO YOUR SKULL
Place the skull in front of you, preferably level with your eyes. With softly focused eyes gaze into the eye sockets. Ask that the skull communicate with you in a language that you understand. Notice any sensations around your head, prickling or buzzing is quite common. Acknowledge thoughts or pictures that spontaneously rise up in your awareness.
4. KYTHING
If your skull is clear crystal, gaze into it to see pictures or to receive communications. If it is opaque, place your hands on the skull and allow the images to form in your minds eye or words to be heard in your inner ear.
