Crystal Benefits

Selenite encourages mental clarity through its very fine vibration. It assists judgment and insight and brings the subconscious out into the conscious mind. Holding Selenite helps to enhance telepathy. It can be used for scrying, to see the future, or to examine the past.

Selenite is a very calming stone that encourages inner peace. It is a great stabilizer for people with erratic emotions. Selenite can be used in the home for protection as well as for the creation of a peaceful atmosphere.

Simply place in the corners of the home and you'll soon find yourself in a safe and quiet space that doesn't allow for the intrusion of outside influence.

Physically, Selenite's finest healing occurs at the energetic levels. It also aligns the spinal column, promotes flexibility, and helps prevent epileptic seizures. It is said to be a good crystal for breastfeeding and nurturing a child.
