Stichtite in Serpentine Palm Stone

A Stichtite in Serpentine palm stone carries a calm, nurturing energy that feels especially supportive when held in the hand. Stichtite brings a gentle wave of emotional healing, encouraging compassion, forgiveness, and a softening of reactive feelings. It helps quiet emotional overwhelm and supports you in letting go of resentment or hurt without shutting your heart down.

The Serpentine base adds a steady, grounding presence that keeps you feeling safe and anchored while deeper emotions rise to the surface. It’s often associated with subtle energetic clearing and awakening, helping to release blockages while maintaining a sense of balance and control. This combination makes it easier to process emotions without feeling consumed by them.

As a palm stone, its effect becomes more immediate and personal. Holding it can create a sense of reassurance, almost like a stabilising anchor during stressful or emotional moments. It’s particularly helpful when anxiety builds in the body, as its energy tends to settle the nervous system and bring awareness back into a calm, centred state.

There’s also a strong connection to heart-based communication with this piece. It supports speaking from a place of honesty and kindness, especially in situations where emotions might otherwise take over. Over time, working with it can help build emotional resilience, allowing you to respond rather than react, and to move through challenges with a greater sense of peace and understanding.
