Sunstone Tower

Also known as a stone of joy, sunstone is believed to inspire good nature and an enjoyment of life. According to metaphysical beliefs, sunstone is highly effective in cleansing auras and chakras. Sunstone is predominantly associated with the Base and Sacral Chakras.

Sunstone is good for brightening moods, bringing emotional and spiritual warmth, and helping to motivate those who stand in its light. It can also be good for helping the body deal with rheumatism and for helping balance those who struggle with seasonal affective disorder.
